  1. Statistical tools and techniques: percentage, percentile rank, graphical presentation of performance, frequency distribution, central tendency measures - mean, median, and mode; normal distribution and standard scores. 📊
  2. Examination Reforms: flexibility, quality and range of questions, school-based credit, alternative modes of examination. 🔄
